Resetting teacher's password
There are two ways to reset a teacher's password. A teacher can order a new password without signing in to the web service, or reset password under School > Teachers.
Ordering a new password without signing in
- Go to Polar GoFit home page (www.polargofit.com globally, www.polargofit.cn in China).
- Click Forgot your password?
- Type your Polar GoFit username (your email address) into the field and click Send. A link to select a new password is sent by email.
Check your spam filter if the email cannot be found in your email inbox.
Resetting the password
- Sign in to the web service.
- Go to School > Teachers tab.
- Find yourself on the teacher list. Teachers are listed alphabetically by the last name.
- Click the icon
to view the account information.
- Click Reset password.
- A link to select a new password is sent to your email address.
Check your spam filter if the email cannot be found in the email inbox.
