Resetting teacher's password

There are two ways to reset a teacher's password. A teacher can order a new password without signing in to the web service, or reset password under School > Teachers.

Ordering a new password without signing in

1. Go to Polar GoFit home page (www.polargofit.com globally, www.polargofit.cn in China).
2. Click Forgot your password?
3. Type your Polar GoFit username (your email address) into the field and click Send. A link to select a new password is sent by email.

Check your spam filter if the email cannot be found in your email inbox.

Resetting the password

1. Sign in to the web service.
2. Go to School > Teachers tab.
3. Find yourself on the teacher list. Teachers are listed alphabetically by the last name.
4. Click the icon to view the account information.
5. Click Reset password.
6. A link to select a new password is sent to your email address.
